A sparse reconstruction strategy based on wideband aperture crossing correction and minimum array spacing constraint is proposed for the wideband sparse array synthesis problem with mutual coupling of array elements. The dictionary matrix after high-precision delay compensation using integer delay lines and low complexity Farrow structured variable fractional delay (LcFarrow-VFD) filters is constructed. By introducing the class focusing matrix, the phase compensation term and the sparse excitation value are solved simultaneously to reduce the dictionary matrix dimension. The cost function is established based on the minimum array spacing constraint, and the class binary reweighted alternating iterative algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that under the minimum array spacing control, the main lobe normalization error of the multisampling frequency pattern is within 0.1dB, the maximum side lobe level is lower than −15dB, and the sparse rate of the array element is close to 40%.
