Abstract: This paper addresses nonlinear boundary value problems frequently encountered in physiological modelling, which often present significant challenges for conventional numerical techniques. We employ a spectral quasilinearization method that combines the Chebyshev spectral collocation strategy with the quasilinearization framework, enabling enhanced spectral accuracy and fast convergence for a wide class of nonlinear systems. To support the proposed methodology, detailed theoretical convergence and error analyses are presented. Numerical experiments on several benchmark physiological models further demonstrate that the method consistently outperforms existing approaches in terms of precision, stability and computational efficiency. Overall, the proposed scheme provides a practical, robust and reliable tool for solving complex nonlinear problems arising in physiological applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
