| Περίληψη: | Online prescription system for medication is crucial to improving the security and effectiveness of the prescribing process between doctors, pharma-cists, and patients. Online prescriptions enable healthcare professionals to electronically transmit and record prescriptions to pharmacies. This work involved JavaScript, Personal Home Page (PHP), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) pro-grams to create an interface for the physician to monitor and regulate the prescription. A website was created to make it easier for physicians and pharmacies to provide patients with prescriptions or any adjustments to be made which can be accessed in real-time. The login form is styled and animated using CSS, and the website navigation is organized using JavaScript. The PHP code that makes up the majority of the website's code fills the interface with descriptions and directions. MySQL is utilized for the database that houses the medical prescription da-ta. Running Apache and MySQL in XAMPP allows all the coding to be public. The combination of JavaScript, PHP, CSS, and MySQL database, has created an online web-based prescription system which is less susceptible to common errors associated with the conventional paper prescription.
