Motivation and design of positive communication occurs through the creation of a situation of success, methods of persuasion, example, encouragement. The implementation of professional tasks aimed at the use of knowledge and skills of foreign languages in the process is conducted in the process of solving business constructive situations, from the application of interactive methods of education and training of future lawyers, exercises and tasks of varying difficulty. Algorithms of self-analysis, methods, and techniques of speech and communication contribute to the correction of one's own behavior and actions during foreign language professional communication. The use of online training for future lawyers is effective because it motivates them to learn foreign languages. Foreign languages help establish contact with foreign lawyers, clients, solve professional situations, develop and implement joint projects in the legal field, to conduct document circulation and correspondence with customers of legal services in the languages of other countries, adhere to the culture of communication between participants in the educational process in a remote mode. The training function of foreign language professional communication training of future lawyers in the process of performing professional tasks effectively affects the memory of the individual. The rules of conduct and professional actions of a lawyer are memorized and reproduced by higher education students in practice.
